back guarantee, including shipping charges.*
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an artwork, just return it with within 30
days for full credit, refund, or exchange--including all return shipping
charges. Here are the details on this guarantee:
- Please contact us by email or phone before the 30
days are up to let us know you'll be returning the artwork
to us and to receive return
shipping instructions. If you do not notify us that you are returning the
artwork, we cannot credit you for return shipping charges, so this step is critical.
- Please return the artwork in the same condition it was in when you
received it. Please repackage all artworks carefully to
prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for
lost or damaged returns, and we will NOT credit you for them.
- No returns will be accepted on commissioned works. Commissioned works
require a 50% advance and the balance at time of shipment. Please email or call us to make
arrangements.
- We will take care of all return shipping charges. We
will pay the shipping charge to return any artwork to us. Please
contact us for further details if you wish
to return an item to us.
